Our Women Empowerment Project in Peru has been initiated with the goal of making women financially strong. It has been made possible by Hello Peru Tours and the leader of the women Elizabeth Carrion Illa.
The project aims to empower women by providing them with training and employment opportunities in travel industry, so they can become financially independent and skillful women.
We will help Peruvian women in establishing sustainable enterprises so that they may become competent, financially independent entrepreneurs.

Hello Peru Tours provides equal facilities for women as porters and other staff members, and also provides financial training for them so that they are financially strong. It also offers various workshops to teach the skills like tourism, catering, and customer service to the rural women in Peru.
The employment opportunity will give them chance to work from home or from their own office while earning money by selling tickets for flights or tours to tourists from all over the world.
No More Violence And Women Abuse!
The high rates of violence against women and the lack of economic opportunities for them in Peru is what has led to the high rates of poverty among women. Women empowerment in Peru is a crucial issue that needs to be addressed.
