The following are the Terms and Conditions for booking a tour with our company. Please read them carefully since they represent a binding contract between you and us; Hello Peru Travel and you; for travel services provided by our company.
This document establishes the bases for a commercial relationship between the company and the client.
1. DEPOSIT. By booking a tour with us, you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit for a specified tour. Deposit for most multi-day treks must be $300 and if the tour lasts just one day, it is $90.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY PRICE. When the client reserves with Hello Peru Tours, he agrees to keep the prices confidential, and will not disclose such information to third parties, except the people who have reserved (paid) with you.
3. CONFIRMATION..
You will receive an email to ratify the tour you have chosen. In that email, you will receive a PDF document with the detailed tour.
By booking with us, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions described in this document, therefore the contract becomes valid.
4. CANCELLATIONS.
The terms of cancellations are defined by the previous notice in advance with which we are notified of it. Regardless of the cause, cancellations have different penalties than you “our client” agree to abide by.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen events.Hello Peru Travel will do everything to make possible and help you get to your destination. In addition, Hello Peru Travel will do everything in its power to change the dates of third-party services, such as train tickets, hotel reservations and attraction tickets, following the terms and conditions of such third-party service providers. You must cover all additional expenses that are caused.
5. INSURANCE.
We recommend that you present us with a valid travel insurance policy at least three (03) days before the start of your trek. Hello Peru Travel puts a lot of effort into preventing accidents during our tours. Our guides are trained to respond appropriately in any emergency situation. However, the nature of adventure tourism requires a dose of risk or accidents for which Hello Peru Travel withdraws all responsibility. Traveler-insurance is optional.
6. PAYMENTS AND FEES.
7. WEIGHT.
If you want to hire an additional porter according to the option you have chosen (full porter of 14 kg or half goalkeeper of 7 kg). You agree not to exceed the weight limit of these. The duffel bags will be weighed every day before the trek starts. The weight of the duffel bags must not exceed the maximum weight you can carry. Otherwise, an additional fee of $60 USD will be charged. The fee only applies to the person who does not fulfill the agreement.
8. PRIVACY.
Hello Perú Travel Hello Peru Tours does not share your private information with any government or private agency that is not involved in providing you with the tourist services you request.
9. TO CONTRAVENE.
In case of violating the rules of the places that are visited on the tour or not taking into account the recommendations properly, the company and the people who work in it, disclaims any legal responsibilities
10. DURING THE TRIP.
Along our trip, if the itinerary is subject to changes, those will be done considering pertinent by the trip coordinators, seeking that everything is in favor of the travelers.
11. PRECI.
The price is subject to change without prior notice.
12. THE CLIENT.
Accept and acknowledge that the routes offered by Hello Peru Travel are products of the work, research and design of the same agency. For those reasons, clients should refrain from copying, imitating or in any way exercising commercial acts exploiting the routes offered by the agency. Allowing it with the power to exercise the corresponding legal means when it detects them.
